Hands Up

Our support group live sessions are designed to offer a safe, supportive, and interactive environment for individuals navigating cancer and chronic illness. These sessions typically feature one-on-one interviews, where we dive deep into personal stories and experiences. Attendees are encouraged to engage through the chat, allowing for a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. No need to worry about being camera ready.

In addition to interviews, we also host panel discussions, where multiple voices come together to offer diverse perspectives and insights. Regardless of the format, the chat is always a central place to connect, ask questions, and share your thoughts with others in the community.

This is a space where you can participate as much or as little as you like—whether you’re here to listen, share, or simply feel connected to others who just get it. Together, we create a compassionate environment where everyone’s voice matters.
